What material is the jewelry made of?

Every piece is gold plated or stainless steel you could check on each product description.

Would my jewelry change color?

Gold plated jewelry is very resistant and with a proper care you could extend its useful life. In each product description we tell you how to care for your jewelry.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

No, at the moment we only ship to P.R. and U.S but we are doing research to add worldwide shipping soon.

How much does shipping cost?

It would be calculated by weight at the checkout. 

How often do you deliver?

We perform deliveries from Monday to Saturday.

Do you ship during holidays?

Orders will not be shipped during the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day (January 1)
  • Three Kings Day (January 6)
  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Day 
  • President's Day 
  • Good Friday 
  • George Washington's Birthday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Constitution Day of PR (July 25)
  • Labor Day

  • Veterans Day (Nov 11)
  • Discovery Day (Nov 19) 
  • Thanksgiving Day 
  • Christmas Eve (December 24)

Orders

How long does it take to process orders?

Orders will be processed in 3-4 business days.

*Due to the holiday season and high order volume, please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing.

Could I change or cancel my order? 

Once your order is processed it could not be changed or cancelled.

Can I change the shipping address of my order? 

Once your order is processed you could not change the shipping address.

Refunds & Returns

Return Policy

  • You have 10 calendar days to return an item except earrings. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

  • *For hygiene reasons and as required by the Puerto Rico Department of Health, we do not accept exchanges or returns on earrings.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Send us an email to info@tealmint.com and we will provide you with a return address. Please note, you are responsible for return costs.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


Refunds (if applicable) 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of work days. 
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
    - Any item that is not in it's original packaging.


Exchanges (if applicable) 

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item because of the size, send us an email at info@tealmint.com attach photos of the item to be sure of its condition and we will provide you a return address. Please note that you are responsible for return costs.
  • We only replace items if we receive photos of the item as evidence that they are defective or damaged. Send us an email to info@tealmint.com, attach photos of the item and we will provide you a return address. Please note that you are responsible for return costs.

Sale items (if applicable) 

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
